Transition's "Be Yourself Again"
Free Hair Replacement System Contest.

2008 OFFICIAL RULES

1. ELIGIBILITY: ENTRY IN THIS CONTEST CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES.

(a) The “Be Yourself Again" Contest (hereinafter referred to as the “Contest”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, Canada, Mexico, Germany, France, Japan and Australia in which there is an active Transitions International member hair replacement studio or clinic (hereinafter referred to as the “Eligible Area”), who are 18 years of age or older, and have online access at time of entry. Do not enter this Contest if you are not located in, or are not a legal resident of the Eligible Area. A complete description of the Eligible Area may be found at http://www.iwanthair.com/locations.

(b) Officers, directors, members, agents of Transitions International (hereinafter referred to as the “Sponsor”), as well as any members of their immediate families (spouse, parent, sibling, child and/or step-children) and persons living in the same household, and the respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, sponsors, marketing and promotion partners, retailers, vendors and advertising and promotional agencies of the Sponsor are ineligible.

(c) Existing or current clients of Transitions International members are ineligible.

(d) This is a monthly contest, beginning at 12:00am on the first day of the month, and ending at 11:59pm on the last day of the month.
 

2. HOW TO ENTER: Between 12:00:00 AM (ET) on the first day of the current month and 11:59:59 PM (ET) on the last day of the current month, entrants may visit www.sensigraft.com, where they will be prompted to click on the “Win a Free Hair System” link. Once the entrant clicks on the Contest Link, they will be directed to the contest entry page. All required fields must be completed and entrants must click the “Submit” button for a valid contest entry (hereinafter referenced as “Entry”). Limit one (1) entry per household. In the event of a dispute about the identity of an online entrant, each Entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of Entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet Access Provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g.: business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. The potential winner may be required to provide the Sponsor and Administrator with proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning Entry.

Any Entry information collected through the Contest shall be used only to administer the Contest in accordance with these Official Rules and applicable law, including but not limited to the determination of eligibility for the hair system to be given away. If entrants elect to fill out any other forms on the www.sensigraft.com website, such website form submissions will be governed by the prevailing privacy policy of www.sensigraft.com, as applicable.

The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Contest in the event that it becomes infected by a computer virus or is otherwise technically impaired. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by your online service will apply and are entrants’ sole responsibility.
 

3. WINNER SELECTION: There will be one (1) Prize Winner for a SensiGraft Men’s Hair Replacement System and one (1) Prize Winner for a Reallusions Women’s Hair Replacement System (two (2) prize winners in total) selected in a random drawing from all eligible Entries received by the Administrator during the Contest entry period indicated above.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, TRANSITIONS INTERNATIONAL GROUP RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
 

4. Selection and Verification of Drawing Winner: The potential winner must continue to comply with all terms and conditions of these official rules. Winning is contingent upon fulfillment of all requirements. Unless prohibited by law, the potential winner must return in person to contest sponsor’s nearest affiliate member hair replacement center or salon to accept the prize. Minors under the age of 18 are not eligible to enter the drawing. If a potential winner cannot be contacted or fails to return in person to the nearest affiliate member salon or hair replacement center within thirty (30) days of the day the potential winner is notified, the potential winner forfeits the prize. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, the Sponsor will award the prize to an alternate winner. Winner results will be announced by Transitions International Group, at www.sensigraft.com on the sixth day of the month following the closing of the prior month's contest. Potential winner will also be notified personally on that day either by Email, U.S. Mail, or both, at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

5. PRIZE: The sole winners of the drawing, participating through this Internet Web site, located at www.sensigraft.com will win one Sensigraft hair replacement system, not to exceed six inches in length, with cut-in and styling. Odds of winning the prize are based on the number of eligible registrants during the monthly contest period as defined in paragraph (1d), above. There will be no substitution, assignment or transfer of prizes permitted for this drawing.

Winner agrees to sign a Transitions International Group Model Release Form and participate in a before and after photo session. Contest winner acknowledges and expressly grants to Transitions International Group and to its employees, agents, and assigns, the right to photograph winner and use winner's photograph and other reproductions of winner's physical likeness. Winner agrees that any and all such photos may be used by Transitions International and its member studios, salons, clinics and hair replacement centers in varying medias for marketing, educational or other purposes at the Sponsor’s sole discretion, without restriction, including but not limited to television, print, and Internet advertising. Winner agrees to participate in a recorded video and/or print interview with Transitions International after the cut-in which may be used in varying media for marketing, educational or other purposes at the Sponsor’s sole discretion, without restriction, including but not limited to television, print, and Internet advertising.

6. RELEASE: By receiving the drawing prize, the winner agrees to release and hold harmless Transitions International Group with its officers, directors, members, and agents, as well as any affiliated or partnered Web sites, and each of its company’s principal owners, operators, officers, directors, employees and agents, including Transitions member salons, clinics or hair replacement/restoration centers from and against any claim or cause of action including, but not limited to, personal injury, death or damage to or loss of property arising out of participation in the sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize won.

7. USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION: Entrant may be contacted by their nearest Transitions International Group member studio or hair replacement center to determine eligibility for drawing within 3-4 days of date of receipt of entrant's contest entry. Personal information submitted by Entrants are kept in the strictest confidence by Transitions International and its member salons, clinics and hair loss centers. Personal information collected by Sponsor through this contest is not shared with any third party.

8. WINNERS LIST: The name of the Grand Prize Winners will be posted on the Transitions International Group Web site, www.sensigraft.com, and will be available ten calendar days after the close of each monthly contest.
